My fiance Bobby works, but I’m in school nine months out of the year. As a result, his paychecks are typically 12x the size of mine. He pays for virtually everything we do, from meals to plane tickets.
I’m lucky enough to have a well-paying job this summer, so I wanted to treat Bobby to dinner at a nice restaurant. I booked us a reservation on OpenTable.

every time I eat, I feel sick
I thought it was wheat, but now I think it might be yeast. Even the loaf of gluten-free millet/sorghum bread I made makes me sick.
I’m just going to eat lots of veggies and corn tortillas and rice and hope that works out a bit better.
Blahhh I miss not feeling dread at mealtime.

I know from experience that nice guy is way more important than nice shoes ;) You can buy your sweetie desert boots and wingtips, but you can’t buy him compassion.
